NAHB Chairman Alicia Huey issued a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) to provide additional guidance to its field staff, as well as the general public, on its new conforming rule for “waters of the United States” to ensure clarity and action.
